At every stage of our work, we create meaningful opportunities for young people, offering work experience, paid internships and career pathways into the creative industry.

The Base Youth Centre Branding
The rebrand of the £4m youth centre renovation in Swindon. Commissioned by Swindon Borough Council and co-designed with local young people.

Creative Reports
We have designed a range of creative research reports and campaigns for change in partnership with Swindon Borough Council and Swindon’s Safeguarding Partnership.
Youth Voice Animation
In partnership with Wonderstory and we developed a youth voice animation for Swindon Borough Council’s Health Needs of Children and Young People report.
Digital Signposting Webage
Commissioned by the the Wiltshire OPCC, WAY Beacon’s digital signposting webpage linking young people and families to the support they need.
The digital offer is accessible through QR codes at the Great Western Hospital, The Base youth centre, and on a range of printed materials.
